We aim to deliver high-quality creative work and ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only when:

• Work has not yet started after payment.

• A technical issue prevents us from delivering the service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

• The project has already begun or drafts have been shared.

• The client changes their mind after work has started.

• The client provides incomplete or unclear instructions.

• The delay is caused by the client’s late feedback.

• The client requests services outside the original scope.

• Digital files, source files, or delivered content cannot be “returned” once downloaded.

3. Partial Refunds

Mini Easel Ltd may, at its discretion, offer partial refunds if:

• Only a small portion of the project is completed.

• There is a mutual agreement between both parties.

4. Chargebacks

Any chargeback filed without contacting Mini Easel Ltd for resolution will result in:

• Immediate suspension of all services

• Legal and collection actions if necessary
